Being in a toxic environment can be detrimental to your overall health but what happens when you have an organization of life sucking sinister company whom you know as friends take over your health? Studies show that you are as healthy as those around you. What does this mean of you and your life organizing skills? It means you may have to revise who your list of besties may be.

Life coaching is apart of organizing your life and being your own coach can be difficult in troubled times. Seek external forces from the band of the newer occupation LIFE COACHES will indeed relieve you of some of the presence of those toxic people manifesting in your soul's living room. If you can't afford a therapist for your life look for more materials in books or become your own with these simple ideas:

1. Be positive in everything you do - A negative mind will only draw in more darker negativity. Rid your contact list of those whom you can identify as "leaders to the dark place."

2. Remember that saying your mother used to say? "Be kind, and if you have nothing nice to say - then say nothing at all?" Try it for a week and see how well it can cut off negative vibes from your mind. Be kind to yourself and keep your mind away from the ANTS (Automatic negative thoughts) by seeking the value of how you think in the simple method of finding your own autonomy of mind.

3. Be that person everyone knows as the positive thinker. Create the environmental impact of a lifetime of those you meet. Be the coach of many and the network will support you in your turmoils. Having more friends never hurt anyone. Be the motivation for your friends, coworkers and family and you will positively reinforce your behaviours with their positive outcomes.
