Need help in understanding your flaws in time wasted? Most of anyone these days has a certain level of time management issue in their life. With deadlines and stresses in daily tasks

1. Learn is TO SAY NO. When time is of the essence we need to learn to prioritize in our schedules to avoid stress and take a break for down time.

2. Prioritizing is the next key in time management. Starting early helps take some of the time management stress away and can help elevate problems with procrastination.

3. Try to finish one task at a time before starting another. Multitasking has been proven to lead to average results when putting in full effort.

4. Delegate. When you have a task that is able to be done better with someone else help, allow them to! Being a control freak in getting everything done perfectly will not help you have more time or to manage it well. We are social group beings created to help each other out for a reason.

5. Remember to reward you good efforts. Whenever a tough task is at hand always take a break during and after reward yourself with a small token. The brain is wired to feeling the same way in same or difficult tasks, and will be taught to enjoy the efforts put in to tasks.
