Julie Morgenstern writes in Time Management from the inside out of her method WADE in respects to getting daily tasks down on time.

W = Write it Down - Record everything in one reliable place; such as phones or daily agendas.

A = Add it Up - Estimate how long each task will take.

D = Decide - What to actually do. She suggests applying the four D's: Delete, Delegate, Delay, Diminish tasks into shorter or smaller ones.

E = Execute Your Plan - Put your plan into action without submitting to perfectionism or procrastination.
