"You only live once" is the saying I have come accustomed to hearing and in m But where is the line between living freely and planning ahead? I ask you, where would you be if things were always planned or should I say not planned at all??

Through conscious thinking of goals throughout the day, year and lifetime you can keep focus your attitudes, daily behaviours and tasks to be a more integrated you.

I think, we do participate in uneventful planning as a species because we enjoy feeling alive and not bound to any rules. How far though, should one let the reins of life be loosened then?

I have learned in the past few years it is by plans do I create my highest achievements and by goals do I set the tone of them. By planning SMART, we can all achieve wonderful goals!

S - Specifically/Significantly

M - Measurable

A - Attainable

R - Rewarding/Revelant

T - Time Bound
