A new style has emerged out of the suburbs of any city around the world. The City Kitchen. A blend of the original kitchen and dining room combined for the smaller home in city towns. Though the concept may be new to country home owners, the city's smaller dwellings are a combination of style and function. No matter what size the kitchen there lies two keys needed for organization and functional living. Being essential, category and placement go along way in the decor of life. Keep in mind these concepts when cleaning and decluttering your home.
Organizing kitchen cupboards, pantry and cabinets storage units are categorically placed according to functional use. Viewing everything in a proper place and usage is the way kitchen organization and decluttering is clearly defined. If you can't find it's purpose in those ways, it probably does not belong and would be more of use to someone else in recycling.
Specifically, you can organize your pantry in sections and categories - Cans, Cooking, Baking, Snacking, Treats, Spices and Condiments. Tools such as Utensils can be organized according to use - Baking, Cooking, and Serving. Cupboards and drawers can be sectionalized for formal and regular dinnerware, utensils, pans, baking sheets and pots with pans. Remembering that quality is far more superior than quantity. You can recycle or place your doubled items in storage if you have more than one item or keep it in mind when purchasing new equipment.
Becoming thoughtful of how you keep your house makes sense, Keep in mind the decor of your kitchen reflects who you are and how you treat yourself by cooking and consumption in health. The way we plan to do so therefore is also important. How we plan is always the set pathway to the direction of where you are going and how you will get there. Treat yourself well and love your kitchens contents and visitors from and out of town!
